Hardo Bread (Hard Dough)

This is the first type of bread we ever sold in the 1950s from the back of a station wagon during cricket games in Brooklyn. It is a staple Caribbean bread that is a little sweet, has a hardy crust, and a soft, dense interior.

We also offer this made with whole wheat flour.
