Please note shipments of cakes made to order leave our facility frozen to aid in them remaining intact while in transit to you. Cakes are shipped with frozen gel packs and insulation.
Additionally, while we do our best to package cakes to help ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our facility, we are not able to guarantee they will arrive without decorations becoming blemished while in the hands of a courier.
Please avoid dark colors and red, as these colors are prone to bleeding while thawing out.
Instructions After Delivery
- Remove cake from box
- Leave cake in plastic
- Still in plastic, approximately 9 hours before you're ready to serve the cake, place it in the fridge
- Still in plastic, approximately 1 hour before you're ready to serve the cake, take it out of the fridge and leave it at room temperature
- Take cake out of plastic
- Serve and enjoy
