We mix our cake batter with fruit, wine, rum, and molasses giving the batter time to soak up all the flavors before baking. Then after baking, it is soaked in more wine, rum, and liquors.
Please note this fruit cake is shipped in an aluminum pan with a plastic lid to help ensure any additional alcohol has time to soak into the cake.
