We ship via UPS. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All of Allans Bakery products are baked fresh every day with all natural products and no preserves. We recommend that no more than two day shipping is selected for all orders. For international orders please call 718-774-7892 weekdays between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST for availability and shipping costs or send an email to info@allansbakery.com.
Orders placed weekdays by 12:00 p.m. EST can be shipped the same business day. Our shipping days are Tuesday – Friday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be shipped out Tuesday. It is recommend that orders placed on Friday before 12 noon be delivered Next Business Day for certain products. Some restrictions may apply and will be posted on our website.
We cannot be responsible for any weather-related delivery delays. We also cannot be responsible for delivery delays or package returns if you provide an incorrect or incomplete recipient address. Please be sure to include any company name, apartment number, floor number, or unit number in each recipient's address and contact us promptly at 718-774-7892 if you must make any address changes to your order.
When choosing your desired arrival date and shipping method, please be aware that business days refer to weekdays (Tuesday through Friday) and exclude certain legal holidays.
